Imisioluwa Opeyemi Ayanwale, popularly known as Imisi, has emerged as the winner of Big Brother Naija Season 10, capping off a season filled with intense strategy, unexpected twists and unforgettable performances.
The 23-year-old fashion designer and actor from Oyo State became the fourth female winner in the history of the reality show. Known for her spirited confrontations, strong alliances and vibrant personality, Imisi grew into a fan favourite over the 70 days she spent in Biggie’s house.
This season, themed “10 over 10,” began with 29 housemates, whose different personalities created a unique mix of drama, romance and rivalry. It kicked off with a dramatic double launch night on July 27 and 28, 2025, and kept viewers glued to their screens until the very end.
One of the turning points of the season was the disqualification of Faith, who was initially seen as calm but became one of the most divisive figures in the house after a clash with Imisi. He was disqualified following a violent confrontation with Sultana, a moment that changed the dynamics heading into the finale.
With Faith gone, the Top 10 finalists were Kola, Isabella, Imisi, Sultana, Kaybobo, Jason Jae, Mensan, Koyin and Dede, all competing for the ₦150 million prize.
The grand finale opened with Adekunle Kosoko, also known as Adekunle Gold, performing Party No Dey Stop, setting a vibrant tone for the night. Ebuka Obi-Uchendu then took viewers through a highlight reel of the season, followed by a stirring speech from Big Brother to the housemates.
Evictions began almost immediately. Kaybobo was the first to leave, followed by Isabella, who blew a final kiss to the house. Mensan and Jason Jae were evicted next, while Kola exited shortly after the Top 5 were announced. Sultana followed as the third runner-up, leaving Imisi, Dede and Koyin as the Top 3.
Koyin was the next to leave, narrowing it down to Imisi and Dede as the Top 2 finalists.
The night also featured a surprise when Mensan joined Adekunle Gold back on stage, as well as a lively performance by Iyanya, who entertained the crowd with his hit Orobo featuring Shoday.
At exactly 8:57 p.m., Ebuka announced Imisi as the winner, while Dede finished as the runner-up. Confetti filled the stage as the crowd erupted in celebration.
Her win brought to a close a season that delivered everything from strategy and shifting alliances to romance and rivalry. Imisi’s journey stood out for its resilience, energy and emotional connection with viewers across Africa.
